Jack Sprague on Texas Motor Speedway:
“Texas is a good track for me. I have always run good at Texas and I’ve won twice there – which gives me a lot of confidence heading there. Tony Furr (Crew Chief) and the guys on the Wyler Racing team continue to give me great trucks week in and week out and I know we will have the same this weekend.”
Jack Sprague on His Chances for a Win at Texas:
“I really think this Wyler Racing team will have a great run in Texas,” explained Sprague. “You have to have a lot of horsepower under the hood, and that is a non-issue with our Toyota motors. We have the horsepower. You also have to handle well. We weren’t perfect at Texas last Spring, but we weren’t bad either. The guys made adjustments during the race, and when it was all said and done, I had a good piece. I’m confident we’ll have a fast truck there this weekend, too.”
Jack Sprague to Carry the ACL Banner in Texas and Beyond:
The Sam’s Town 400 at Texas Motor Speedway marks the launch of American Commercial Lines’ sponsorship of the No. 60 Con-way Freight Toyota. American Commercial Lines is one of the largest and most diversified marine transportation and manufacturing companies in the United States with more than 3,000 employees. “We are excited to partner with American Commercial Lines and look forward to having them onboard our Con-way Freight Toyota Tundra,” Jeff Wyler, owner of Wyler Racing. Shayne Ingersoll, Vice President of Human Resources for American Commercial Lines is equally excited, "We are thrilled about expanding our involvement in the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series. ACL's partnership with Wyler Racing will give us greater visibility to prospective employees; while also allowing us to provide unique and exciting incentives to existing employees and customers."
Jack Sprague Secures More Sponsorship:
The Courtyard Fort Worth Downtown/Blackstone has signed on as “The Official Hotel of Wyler Racing” this weekend at Texas Motor Speedway. This historical hotel is located in the heart of downtown Fort Worth. Conveniently located on the edge of Sundance Square, the hotel is a short walk to Bass Hall and the Convention Center, and a quick drive to the Fort Worth Stockyards. For reservations, call (817) 885-8700.
Sprague’s Career Stats at Texas Motor Speedway:
Jack Sprague has ran in all three of NASCAR’s top-tier divisions at TMS and has amassed 17 starts, over 2,505 laps, two wins, eight top-five and ten top-10 finishes there over the course of his career. Sprague has led 216 laps at TMS in a Craftsman Truck Series ride and led 67 laps at TMS while driving a NASCAR Busch Series car for legendary team owner, Rick Hendrick. Even though Sprague has led a lot of laps at TMS, he hopes to lead just one lap this weekend in the No. 60 Con-way Freight Toyota - the final one.
